RideNShine Detailing – Refund & Cancellation Policy

RideNShine Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide high-quality vehicle detailing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations are accepted. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Refunds

  • Interior, Exterior, and Platinum Packages: Refunds are generally not provided after service completion, except in cases of service errors or quality concerns.

  • Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and offer either:

    • A service correction at no additional cost, or

    • A partial refund if the issue cannot be corrected.

  • Refunds for services that were performed correctly but are declined by the customer for personal reasons are not available.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice Required: Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to show may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service price.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a new available time.

3. Mobile Services

  • Mobile appointments follow the same refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies as drop-off services.

  • Travel limitations or weather conditions may require rescheduling, at no additional charge, to ensure safety and quality.

4. Service Exceptions

Refunds or corrections may not be provided for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear

  • Items left inside the vehicle that are lost or damaged

  • Conditions outside our control (weather, road debris, etc.)

5. How to Request a Refund or Service Correction

To request a refund or correction:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

  2. Provide a clear description of the issue, along with photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond promptly to schedule a correction or process a partial refund if warranted.
